the image viewer dedicated to photo-microscopy. 

Scientists working with photo-microscopy need to navigate between the different images to identify the features at the exact position. Stackoptica allows to navigate trough the different layers of the stacked image and placing landmarks and measuring distances across the different z-images. The defined landmarks and distances can be exported as CSV or JSON to be used in external applications.
