the image viewer dedicated to macro-photo. 

Scientists working with macro-photo need to visualize the stacked images and identify the features at the exact position. Depthoptica allows placing landmarks, measuring distances and creating profiles using the Z value of the associated height map image. The defined landmarks and distances can be exported as CSV or JSON to be used in external applications.  The profiles can be exported as svg or jpg file.
